Common questions
- What counts as an active case?
- Any case that isn't fitted, cancelled, or deleted. Once you mark a case as fitted, the slot frees up — so you can keep using the free plan as cases close out.
- How do I get the founding lifetime free plan?
- Just sign up. The first 100 clinics are auto-granted the beta plan with no caps and no end date. After 100, new clinics start on free with the 3-case limit.
- When do you start charging?
- We will not charge any clinic that's already on the beta plan. New paid signups will be invited when we exit beta — we'll email you 30 days in advance.
- Do you take credit cards now?
- Not yet. Free during beta means free with zero card on file. We will add Stripe before we charge anyone.
- Where is my data stored?
- European Union only — Scaleway in Paris. We never transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime, from your settings. Your data is exported within 30 days of closure and then permanently deleted.
