1. Acceptance

By creating an account on tuth.app, you enter into a contract with Yet Another Artificial Intelligence Company (SARL-S), 15 Avenue Dr Klein, L-5630 Mondorf-les-Bains, Luxembourg — RCS Luxembourg B232060 — TVA LU36410809. In these Terms "we", "us" and "tuth.app" refer to that company. If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an account.

2. Who can use tuth.app

tuth.app is intended for licensed dental practitioners and the staff of their clinics. By creating an account you represent that you have the legal authority to record patient data in your jurisdiction.

3. The service

tuth.app is a multi-tenant SaaS for tracking prosthetic cases from impression to fitting, with email integration to dental laboratories. The service is offered as-is. We do our best to keep it available but provide no uptime SLA during the beta period.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material breaking changes via email or in-app banner.

4. Beta period

The service is currently in beta and provided free of charge. We may begin charging for the service in the future. We will give at least 30 days written notice before any new charge takes effect; existing free-tier customers will be given a chance to export their data before any paid plan begins.

5. Your data

You own the patient and clinic data you enter into tuth.app. We act as a processor for that data on your behalf, under the Data Processing Agreement at /dpa.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the lawful basis to process the patient data you enter. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send to laboratories or colleagues through the service.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another clinic's data. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or tenant isolation. Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email.

We may suspend any account that violates these rules pending investigation.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the settings page. We may close an account that violates these Terms, that has been inactive for more than 12 months, or in response to a legal requirement. We will give reasonable notice before closing an inactive account so you can export your data.

8. Liability

tuth.app is a workflow assistant. It does not replace clinical judgement and is not a medical device. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. During the free beta this amount is zero.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
